Sacred Biography of Hazrat Syed Nasir Uddin Shipahshalar (Rh)

Hazrat Syed Nasir Uddin Shipahshalar (Rh) (13th century) was a famous Sufi saint of the Chishti Order in Bangladesh. Also known as Hazrat Shah Syed Nasiruddin (13th century) saint and Islamic preacher,

was born in Baghdad. He was 16th direct descendant of Hazrat Ali-Murtaza (Karam Allah-o-Wajho). After Halaku Khan destroyed Baghdad, he left the city in search of livelihood and ultimately reached Delhi. Later, he participated as Shipahshalar (Sipa e Salar) in the sylhet expedition with commander Sikandar Khan and Hazrat Shah Jalal Yamoni (Rh). After concuered Sylhet Hazrat Syed Nasir Uddin Shipahshalar came at ''Taraf'' (Habiganj) in 1304 CE with 12 Aulias then attacked and defeated king Achak Narayan then concuered ''Taraf'' (Habiganj) and became administrator there and establish '''Islam''' and settled at Murarband Darbar Sharif. He established his own Silsila through his son and kalifa and Sajjada Nasheen Hazrat Syed Shah Siraj uddin known as Qadiriyyah Chishtiya, some spiritual practices are included in this Silsila from Hazrat Shah Jalal Yamoni (Rh) of Shohrawardia Tariqa also. So some people knows ‍as Syed Nasiruddin was a follower of the suhrawardia tariqa (order). His shrine with great miracle east west grave is at Murarband Darbar Sharif in Habiganj (Bangladesh).
