Khadem (Arabic: خادم‎) is a given name and surname; it may refer to the custodian of a shrine complex.

Sajjadanashin 

The Sajjadanashin (hereditary administrator) also refers as a successor or a disciple is the descendant of a Sufi Saint or Pir. A Sajjada particularly tends to the sufi shrine 

(Dargah or Mazar).  A Sajjadanashin is a chieftain who leads the traditional Sufi activities in Dargah's daily actions and especially period of Urs (death anniversary).

Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti introduced the Chistia Order in  Ajmer (Rajasthan), Hazrat Syed Said Ahammad Chisti introduced the Chistia Qutubia Order in  Murarband Darbar Sharif  (Bangladesh) as Sufi Silsila which is begotten from fountainhead Chistia Order. The Chishtia Qutubyya or Qutubia sufi order was established by Hazrat Syed Said Ahammad Chishty (R) (Murarband Darbar Sharif) based on the spiritual teachings of Hazrat Syed Elias Qutubul Aulia (R) and Chishtia Ashrafia advice.He is the 40th imam (Spiritual Master) of the Chishtia Golden Chain, the Secret of Sainthood, who awakened the Chishtia Qutubyya order, with Heavenly guidance and Prophetic ethics.
